The customer asks how it’s going. Send them this.

Your engineer films twenty seconds at each stage. Keel builds the clips into one video report. The customer taps a link and watches their own boat being looked after.

Job cards for marine workshops

They ask how it’s going. You already sent it.

Your engineer ticks each step and films twenty seconds as they go. The card writes itself — photos, parts, the quote — and the owner gets one link before they think to pick up the phone.

You’ve seen this before

Your car garage sends a video before they touch the car. Your boatyard should too.

Car dealers call it CitNow. The technician films the health-check, the customer watches it at home, and the invoice makes sense. Keel Leisure brings the same standard to the water: stage-by-stage clips in one seamless report, sent as a link.

If you carry the Volvo Penta sign

Dealer-standard work deserves a dealer-standard update.

Volvo’s showrooms made video updates the norm: customers expect to be shown, not told. On the water nobody’s doing it yet. A Penta dealer sending stage-by-stage video reports doesn’t just look tidy, it looks like the brand on the sign.

How a job runs

STEP·01

Book the job in

Boat, owner, what needs doing. Thirty seconds on a phone, in the yard.

STEP·02

Film as you work

A short clip at each stage on the phone’s own camera, nothing to learn. No signal? It uploads later.

STEP·03

Send the link

Quote, photos and the video report in one page the customer can open anywhere.

Straight answers

The things yards actually ask

Do my engineers need training?

No. If they can use the phone’s camera, they can use Keel. Ticking a step is one tap, and filming a clip is the same camera they already use. There is no manual because there doesn’t need to be one.

There’s no signal on our pontoons. Does it still work?

Yes. Ticks, photos and clips are saved on the phone the moment they’re taken, and upload by themselves when the engineer is back in range. Nothing is lost to a dead spot.

What does the customer need to install?

Nothing. They get a link. It opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer: the report, the photos and the quote in one page. You can revoke the link whenever you like.

What does it cost after the two free months?

Simple per-engineer pricing, no lock-in, no setup fee. We’ll show you the exact number before your free months start, so there’s never a surprise.

We’re a Volvo Penta dealer. Does it fit how we service?

That’s the idea. Your service routines become step templates, parts are recorded on the card where they were fitted, and every hull keeps its history. Warranty questions are answered from the card, not from memory.

Your first two months are free. So is the setup.

We set you up together: your templates, your first job card, on a call, in under an hour. If it doesn’t save you an evening in the first two months, bin it.
